Eligibility Requirements & Pathways
- Hold the OSAP-DALE Foundation Dental Infection Prevention and Control Certificate and meet one of the additional education options
- Complete at least 1,040 hours of work experience applying U.S. federal infection prevention and control guidelines and standards as a dental practice manager, sales manager or other employee at a dental product/service company, dental investigator or inspector
- Hold CDIPC certification
