Eligibility Requirements & Pathways

Pathway I

  • Hold the OSAP-DALE Foundation Dental Infection Prevention and Control Certificate and meet one of the additional education options
  • Complete at least 1,040 hours of work experience applying U.S. federal infection prevention and control guidelines and standards as a dental office manager, sales manager or other employee at a dental product/service company, or dental investigator or inspector

  • Hold CDIPC certification
