DANB is proud to hold accreditation that demonstrates compliance with standards of excellence and the reliability of our certification programs.
ISO Accreditation
DANB’s national CDA and COA certification programs are accredited by the International Accreditation Service (IAS) to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17024:2012 Standard for organizations that certify personnel. This accreditation is a global benchmark for organizations that certify individuals and demonstrates that DANB operates these certification programs in a consistent, comparable and reliable manner.
NCCA Accreditation
DANB’s national CDA and COA certification programs are accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). This demonstrates DANB’s compliance with the standards of excellence for professional certification programs. The NCCA is a commission of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and provides accreditation for credentialing programs. DANB is also a member of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence.
