Website Promotes DANB Certificants Seeking Jobs
  DANB Home Page

Realizing the need to connect employers with DANB Certified Dental Assistants, the Dental Assisting National Board, Inc. (DANB) recommends that Certified assistants seeking jobs visit Dentalworkers.com, an Internet employment service (www.dentalworkers.com).

Dentalworkers.com allows job searchers to post resumes, search job ads, and receive emails with new and updated ads from specific geographical areas at no cost. Published resumes have online exposure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In the near future, Certificants will be able to place a DANB emblem (appropriate to their individual DANB Certifications/credential[s]) on posted resumes to signify DANB Certification status or ICE or RHS competency. Only DANB Certified Assistants and those who have passed the RHS and ICE exams will be eligible to post these identifying insignia on the upper right hand corner of their resumes. This is a unique opportunity for DANB Certificants to promote their achievements to employers. This option also helps to protect DANB credentials, since those who might call themselves DANB Certified, but who are not, will not be allowed to place DANB emblems on their resumes.

In addition to DANB, Dentalworkers.com works with the American Dental Assistants Association, American Student Dental Association, Hispanic Dental Association and American Association of Women Dentists.

If you have any questions about DANB's involvement with Dentalworkers.com, please contact a DANB Client Representative at 1-800-FOR-DANB.
